Educational trips for school groups
Courses for School and College groups
(20 Italian lessons in group + afternoon activity programme)
Course structure
The course is aimed at foreign schools wishing to organise a study trip to Italy for students aged between 14 and 18, accompanied by their teachers.
It is possible to arrange course specifics according to the teaching requirements of high school students, taking into account the linguistic topics already addressed by the teachers in their classes: we can deepen and practice acquired skills or introduce new topics and themes of Italian language or vocabulary.
For students who have never studied Italian before but would like the opportunity to learn the basics of the Italian language during their trip to Italy, we can offer a tailor-made programme.
In addition to the Italian language classes, teenage students can visit Sestri Levante, take scenic walks in the surrounding area or visit some of the world-famous towns on the Ligurian coast (Cinque Terre, Portofino, Porto Venere, and others) accompanied by one of our teachers.
School groups should consist of a minimum of 6 students.
The ABC Italian language and culture school follows a teaching method that allows students to start speaking using the linguistic tools they have already acquired from the very first hours of studying the language. The lessons are stimulating and dynamic but do not neglect the grammatical basics: readings, practical examples, and specially structured activities encourage the students to express themselves in the language.
The didactic material used during the Italian courses in Liguria is written and edited directly by the school, which boasts 40 years of experience, but can always be adapted to the specific requests of the school groups.
