The ABC School’s Italian language courses in Sestri Levante are held in Palazzo Negrotto Cambiaso, a classic aristocratic coastal residence, located on the strip of land that, with the Sestri promontory, separates the Bay of Silence from the Bay of Fables. You can study Italian in Italy in one of the most beautiful landscapes of the peninsula. We have six brightly lit, air-conditioned rooms, some of which directly overlook the breathtaking scenery of the Bay of Silence, one of the most beautiful beaches in Italy.
Your language study stay in Liguria can count on a school that is young and active but at the same time boasts forty years of experience in teaching Italian: the ABC school was founded in Florence in 1982.
Group courses have a maximum of 8 students (an average of 4/5) this allows teachers to easily follow the development of individual students and stimulate them to use grammatical and communicative structures, encouraging them to speak Italian from the very first hours of lessons. Italian classes in Liguria are held every day from Monday to Friday, therefore all our courses have an intensive character: our students, immersed in this Italian environment, make rapid progress.
All of our teachers are native Italian speakers and are specialized in the teaching of Italian as a foreign language. Attentive and passionate about their work, they know how to stimulate their students and encourage them in the use of the Italian language until they become completely independent.
The teaching methodology used by the ABC Italian language schools for foreigners in Sestri Levante and Florence is based on 40 years of experience. From the very first day at school, Italian is always spoken in class and students learn to use the linguistic tools provided. Courses are divided between grammar, where you learn the rules and acquire the necessary linguistic tools to speak, and conversation, where students can put their skills into practice, learn new words, practice reading, listening and much more.
