Standard group Plus Lunch course
(20 Italian group lessons Plus 3 individual lessons in a restaurant)
Course structure:
The Standard group Plus Lunch course combines 20 Italian morning group lessons per week with three individual lessons in a restaurant with a teacher.
This course was made for those who absolutely love Italian food and would like to speak Italian in a relaxed way over a beautiful plate of spaghetti.
Group lessons have a maximum of 10 students to guarantee an optimum quality of both learning and teaching.
About the course:
For the first half of the morning (from 9:00 to 10:30) grammar lessons concentrate on linguistic structure.
For the second half of the morning (from 11:00 to 12:30) conversation lessons focus on communicative structures.
At the end of the morning group lessons the student and teacher will go to a typical, charming restaurant close to school to have lunch together, continuing to speak Italian. Conversation over a good meal and a good glass of wine is certainly more pleasant than within the four walls of a classroom. It is a relaxing and typically Italian way of socialising.

Grammar: from 9:00 to 10:30
Conversation: from 11:00 to 12:30
Individual lunch lessons: from around 12:45 to around 13:40 (three times a week).

Standard Plus Fashion course
(20 group Italian language lessons + 5 or 10 individual fashion lessons per week)
Course structure:
Perhaps not everyone knows that high Italian fashion was born in Florence.
In 1951 Giovanni Battista Giorgini invited nine tailors to his Torrigiani Villa in Florence to present their collections to five American buyers. Amongst these designers were the Sorelle Fontana and Emilio Pucci. In order to accommodate for the large audience who wanted to attend, the first fashion shows were held in the Sala Bianca in the Palazzo Pitti in 1952.
Still today Florence is one of the world capitals for fashion. Every year many people gather in the city for the Pitti events: Pitti man, Pitti woman, Pitti knitwear and Pitti baby animate Florence’s streets with numerous events related to style.
This course is perfect for those who are passionate about fashion as you can combine Italian language classes (20 group lessons per week) with visits to fashion history museums and the learning of specific vocabulary which is directly linked with this unique and fascinating sector (5 or 10 individual lessons per week).
About the course:
In the morning we concentrate on learning the Italian language.
In classes composed of a maximum of 10 students (minimum 3) of the same level, we will first learn the linguistic structures of the Italian language (grammar) necessary for communication which we will then exercise in the conversation classes.
The group lessons in the morning finish at 12:30. Individual lessons dedicated to fashion continue after a lunch break.
The topics can be mutually chosen or they can be proposed by the teacher.
There is the possibility to concentrate on specific vocabulary or to go to visit the Palazzo Pitti Fashion and Costume Museum, the Gucci Museum, the Ferragamo Museum, the Roberto Capucci Foundation at Villa Bardini as well as vintage shops and workshops.

Changes to the timetable are possible during certain times of the year and/or for other reasons from the school but will be promptly communicated with the students.
