Italian language and cooking

Italian Language Plus Mama’s Cooking

Course structure:
The Italian Language Plus Mama’s Cooking course is dedicated to those who love to cook and are curious to learn about real home cooking. In the evening, after the lessons three times a week, the student will have the possibility to prepare dinner with the woman that they are living with, discovering the secret family recipes.

About the course:
The morning is dedicated to studying the Italian language: it is possible to choose whichever language course you prefer.
The group lessons start at 9:00 with grammar class. After a small break, lessons continue with conversation class at 11:00 which focuses on oral communication. All group lessons take place with a maximum of 10 students: this allows us to be able to attentively follow the learning pace and difficulties of each student.
At 12:30 classes are finished and students have a break for lunch. It is possible to eat at school or in one of the many small restaurants or pizzerias closeby.
The Standard Italian language course, as described above, is the base of all of the group courses. Extra individual or group lessons can further expand language proficiency in the early afternoon (Intensive group course or Combined courses)

After the afternoon activities offered by the school, in which all students are free to attend, students on the Italian Language Plus Mama’s Cooking course can return home for their private cooking lessons.
To choose this course you must choose a single (or double) room with half board as your accommodation.

Lesson times:
For the Italian language lessons it depends on which course you have chosen.
The Italian cooking lessons take place three times a week from around 18:00.

Course duration
The Italian Plus Mama’s Cooking course lasts for a minimum of one and a maximum of four weeks.
For those who would like to attend the school for a longer period of time, you can do so by choosing another language course offered by the school.
