The ABC School

• Is officially recognised by MIUR, the Ministry of Italian Education, University and Research (document no. 1052/C20).
• Is sponsored by the City of Florence (document no. 6200) and works in collaboration with them to take an active part in their literacy program for immigrants.
• Is a member of the Association of Italian Language Schools for Foreigners (A.S.I.L.S. ®) which aims to guarantee and assure the professional competence of schools’ teaching of Italian to foreigners.
• Is authorised for CILS, Certificate of Italian as a Foreign Language, exams from the University for Foreigners of Siena for all levels and all certificates: CILS A1, CILS A1 for children, CILS A1 for adolescents, CILS A1 for integration in Italy, CILS A1 for adults, CILS B1 for citizenship, CILS ONE B1, CILS ONE B1 for adolescents, CILS TWO B2, CILS THREE C1, CILS FOUR C2.
• Is authorised for AIL, The Academy of Italian Language, exams for all levels and certificates: DELI A1, DELI A2, DILI B1, DILC B1, DILI B2, DALI C1, DALC C1, DALI C2.
• Is recognised by CSN (Swedish National Agency for assistance in study)
• Is recognised by the Federal Republic of Germany for Bildungsurlaub.
• Is partnered with different universities and colleges in the United States, Europe and Australia for their study abroad programs.
